The Process
Step one:
Fill out the Inquiry form and I will respond within 24 hours. If you prefer to chat on
the phone (It's always the best way to see if we click), schedule a complimentary phone call consultation with me.
Please don’t delay in booking your event with me, if that is your wish. I get multiple
inquiries for the same date, and I cannot guarantee services without a paid retainer
and signed service contract. There is a $250 or 50% non-refundable retainer
(whichever is less) required to reserve Danielle Perry Beauty for your date. The
retainer is applied to your total balance. You have a choice to pay by credit card or
Venmo, and will be sent an invoice accordingly.
Step two:
If you are a bride, our next step will be to schedule your bridal preview (trial). This
appointment is about 90 minutes. I recommend scheduling your preview 1-3 months before your wedding. During the appointment, we talk all about your wedding plans...colors, venue, florals, etc.. What you envision for your look. If you have inspiration photos, you may bring them. Better yet, bring a photo of you when you felt most beautiful! Once I get a sense of what you are going for, we will sit together and create a look you love. You will be able to see in the mirror the entire time so there won't be a "surprise" at the end. We will go over the option of lashes to be sure your eyes are comfortable. Once we have achieved your desired look, I will take photos, and document colors/placement on a face chart to ensure the look is repeated on your big day.
Step three:
As we get closer to your date, I will coordinate with your wedding planner (if you are using one), photographer, and hair stylist to create a custom timeline of services to help the day run smooth, keep everyone on track and you on time. You will be sent a copy to approve/make changes before it is finalized.
Step four:
10-14 days before your event, I will send the final invoice for the balance due. All
balances are due 7 days before your event.
Step five:
A week prior to your date, I will check in to get any last-minute updates, and any
additional logistics I may need to know.
The Big Day:
I will plan to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before I am scheduled to start. That will give me a
chance to get acquainted with the space and time to set up. Then we will begin in the
order we have chosen ahead of time. You will be given a small bag of touch-up
products to keep with you, as well as touch-up lip color for all parties that had makeup
services with us.
Once you are dressed, I will do any final touch-ups for you to be sure your look is
perfect. From this point, unless you have hired me through first look or photos pre-
ceremony, I will leave you to have a beautiful day.
